Damages
We are very particular about who we invite into your home. Responsible guests are required to be at least 25 years of age and sign a comprehensive Rental Agreement, outlining the dos and don’ts. But let’s face it, occasionally life happens and a guest breaks something. Our staff is well trained to spot damage and report it right away. If the damage is a result of unreasonable carelessness, we immediately pursue a claim.
Meticulous Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff is the best in the business. We pay them a competitive living wage and hold them to a very high standard. Each property is assigned an experienced housekeeper who will become familiar with your home and conduct an exemplary clean each time. They are guided by a digital cleaning checklist, which is customized to the uniqueness of your home and preferences. Finally, we conduct a thorough inspection prior to each guest’s arrival.
Maintenance
We tackle most maintenance issues in-house, at a very reasonable rate. Honestly, maintenance is not a profit center for us like some of our competitors. We just strive to keep your home in tip-top shape for you and your guests. If an issue is more than we can handle we draw from a large network of reliable, qualified contractors we have developed relationships with over the years.
